Return & Replacement Policy

At Jaadu, we strive to ensure that you receive your products in perfect condition. Please note that we do not offer returns.

Replacement Eligibility:

- Replacements are available only if the product is received broken, damaged, or significantly different from what was described at the time of purchase.

- To request a replacement, you must share the unboxing video of the product. This helps us verify the condition of the item and ensures a smooth replacement process.

- Replacement requests without an unboxing video cannot be processed.

Process for Replacement:

- Contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product.

- Share your unboxing video clearly showing the product and its condition.

- Once verified, we will process your replacement promptly.

Important Notes:

- Please handle the product carefully during unboxing to avoid damages that may make it ineligible for replacement.

- Only the original purchaser is eligible to request a replacement.

- This policy is applicable to all products purchased from Jaadu.
